The organizer reserves the right to choose the winner through collegial decision of the competition commission, regardless of the ETP results. This electronic request for price proposals conducted on the AVA Group website is not a tender, auction or public competition within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions until the signing of the contract with the winner of the electronic request for price proposals are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer.
