AVA Group digital services will become more accessible for Kuban developers

On August 22, 2025, in Krasnodar, AVALAB (IT division of the investment and construction holding AVA Group) and the Association of Developers of Krasnodar Territory and Adygea signed a cooperation agreement.
Elena Soshnikova, Deputy General Director for External Relations of the holding and first head of the Association of Developers of Krasnodar Territory, noted: "Since the founding of the Association, we understood how important digitalization is for the development of the construction industry. We actively promoted this direction, starting with organizing the first hackathons. This agreement is a significant step forward for all Association participants and a guarantee of prosperity for Kuban's construction industry".
The document provides for the launch of a special program that will give Association members access to AVALAB digital products on special terms. These include the domestic BI platform Fastboard, which triples the speed of data analysis and decision-making without complex integrations, the interactive AVALIN system that turns construction sites into impressive 3D presentations, and the innovative ITRIELT platform that creates a unified space for developers and realtors to work. These services are already helping to optimize processes, increase sales, and reduce costs.
AVALAB Director Grachya Aleksanyan noted: "The signed agreement is a step towards forming a unified ecosystem of the development industry. It opens access to tools that have already proven themselves in work: they have demonstrated effectiveness in regional, federal, and even international projects".
