Multifunctional City Strogino complex is a finalist in the prestigious Arendator Awards 2025 competition

The multifunctional premium class complex "City Strogino" from PARADE Development is among the projects defining new industry standards. The jury of the Arendator Awards 2025 commercial real estate competition highly appreciated the concept of the project, which allowed it to become a finalist for the professional award.
Market experts noted the key feature of City Strogino — a unique ecosystem that unites 89 hectares of workspaces, a hotel complex, a medical center, wellness and spa. 
The Arendator Awards 2025 competition is held annually to identify the best companies and commercial real estate facilities, create a platform for open communication and networking between developers, tenants and investors. In 2025, more than 80 companies from all regions of Russia are participating in the award. 
The projects will be defended on September 26, and the winners will be announced on October 9 this year at the award ceremony.
